FI National Youth Assembly 2026 Ignites at Stella Maris Academy of Davao

The National Youth Assembly (NYA) 2026 officially opened its first full day on January 28, 2026, at Stella Maris Academy of Davao (SMAD). The event brought together youth delegates from various F.I. schools for a 5-day journey of faith formation, fellowship, and cultural exchange.

Day 1 began with an early morning Eucharistic Celebration presided over by Rev. Fr. Yeongmin Andrew Kang, followed by an Opening Ceremony filled with welcoming cheers, cultural performances, and messages that set the tone for unity and participation. Delegates actively engaged in orientation sessions, interactive activities, and the first faith talk entitled “In the Father’s Love, We Are One Family,” delivered by Atty. Shemelyn D. Gamorot-Bilbao.

The day concluded with reflection sessions and a Creative Expression Festival showcasing the talents and cultural identities of the different F.I. schools—marking a meaningful and spirit-filled start to NYA 2026.

With faith as its foundation and unity as its mission, NYA 2026 has truly begun its journey of growth, reflection, and active youth engagement.
